Return Policy
Equine Essentials stands behind every item we sell. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to eligibility.
ELIGIBILITY
All new items are eligible for an exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase with the following exceptions: consumables, first-aid products, supplements, and treats. All consignment items are final sale, and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item(s) must be unused, and must include their original tags and packaging. There must be no signs of use, horse hair, or odors. Boots must be packed in their original box and shipped using a secondary box (or padded envelope) to prevent damage to the original box.
PROCESS
- Contact us by email at equineessentials1@gmail.com or phone at (440) 653-5343 to request a return authorization. Please include your original order number, full name, email address, and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Once we review your request and approve it, we’ll contact you to confirm the return authorization and provide you with shipping instructions.
- When packing your item for return, please include a note with your original order number, full name, and email address.
- Once we receive your package, we’ll review the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility requirements. If they do, your return or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used on the original purchase.
