Shipping policy

DESTINATIONS

We ship orders anywhere within the United States and Canada.

FEES

We charge a flat rate of $12 on all U.S. orders under $100. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more. We charge a flat rate of $45 on all Canadian orders. Canadian orders may be subject to additional customs fees/duties. All fees are in USD.

CARRIERS

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Brunswick, OH using either USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at our discretion.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

TIMING

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders shipped to the continental U.S. usually arrive within 2–5 business days; orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other U.S. territories may take longer. Canadian orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days.
